Privacy policy

BlueArc Technologies Pty Ltd (“BlueArc”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects and handles personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

• Account information: name, work email, organisation, role.
• Content you create: proposals, client records, activity logs, uploaded files.
• Usage data: login timestamps, approximate IP, device user agent. Used for security and audit only.

How we use your data

• To operate the proposal generator: storing and rendering the proposals you create.
• To send transactional email (proposal sent, approved, reminder, expiry warning).
• To notify your organisation’s administrators on relevant status changes.
• To produce aggregated, de-identified analytics for commercial reporting inside your organisation.

Storage and security

Data is stored in Australian AWS regions. Access is gated by role-based authentication, encrypted at rest, and transmitted over TLS. We retain activity logs for audit, and apply a data-retention policy that archives proposals in terminal states after 90 days.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. You can request deletion of your account data at any time by emailing automateme@bluearctech.com.au. When you delete your account, your identifying fields are anonymised and the account is deactivated; historical proposals and activity logs are retained in anonymised form for business-continuity and audit.

Third-party processors

We use AWS (hosting and mail), Anthropic (AI narratives; de-identified at the prompt level), and commercial email providers. Each is contractually obliged to handle data consistent with the Privacy Act.
